We are looking for a “EXPORT SALES MANAGER  MENA” for our global client which is leading in chemicals industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and/or Business Management
  • Minimum  4 years of sales & marketing experience in Masterbatches products
  • Excellent knowledge of English, additionally French or Arabic
  • Experience in international operations, especially North Africa
  • Experience in application of problem-solving skills
  • Analytical skills and cross-functional thinking
  • Professional communication skills and social competence; ability to execute customer relationship management
  • Customer focused
  • Bottom line and target oriented - results driven
  • Proactive and flexible behavior
  • Ability to travel throughout Middle East and North Africa
  • Completed military service for male candidateas


  • Develop strategies for sales activities in accordance with Business Unit's policies and strategies
  • Develop budgets for the export countries under his/her reponsibility together with the line
  • Manage sales & distribution channels (agents, distributors, customers etc.)
  • Implement sales and marketing plans (development of tactics, action plans, decision on customer selling price, etc.)
  • Successfully builds customer relationship and identifies business potentials in the exporting countries
  • Meets budget sales targets according to the agreed KPIs                                       
  • Customer complaint handling and management
  • Gathers information regarding key trends in the market, competitors actions and inform relevant parties accordingly
  • Builds a BU network to ensure efficient customer support and communication flow
