We are looking for a “HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (IZMIR)” for our client which is leading in manufacture of furniture.

  • University degree in Social Science, Business Administration and/or technical disciplines
  • Minimum 8 - 10 years of HR management experience in plant environment, especially in a start – up organization
  • Strong knowledge of modern HR practices such as recruitment, talent management, performance management, engagement and retention
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to organize and prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete tasks according to deadlines​​​

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Managing and designing all functions of the human resources management of Plant including recruitment, organizational structure, talent management, performance management, training, compensation and benefits
  • Planning, developing, implementing and monitoring appropriate human resources programs, policies and strategies for vision and objectives of the company
  • Implementing HR related corporate policies and/or procedures
  • Anticipating and planning for long-term human resource needs and trends for whole business units
  • Creating a company culture that support company business goals and organizational values
  • Working closely with management team on organizational design and talent assessment
  • Managing day to day employee relations matters, influencing employee communication to ensure engagement and clarity
  • Managing industrial relations of the plant in line with company strategies
  • Focus on change management activities
