We are looking for an "INTERNATIONAL MARKETING MANAGER" for one of our client which is one of the market leader in the FMCG industry operating in Istanbul(Güneşli) with the following requirements;

 

  • Bachelor’s degree  within Engineering / Business Administration /Economics, MBA will be an asset
  • 6+ years of experience in FMCG industry with deep marketing knowledge ( Marketing / Trade Marketing / Brand Management) of consumer branding 
  • Fluency in English and Turkish
  • Speaking French or Arabic is a plus
  • Willingness to thrive in an international environment
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong analytical and P&L-management skills
  • A proven track record of successfully managing projects
  • No obstacle for traveling

Responsibilities;

  • Direct report to the International Marketing Director
  • Develope, implement and execute strategic marketing initiatives for the brand in the abroad in line with HQ brand and strategic guidelines
  • Manage the product development process (launches & relaunches) for assigned category/brands,
  • Activate 360-degree marketing campaigns to tie into the brand narrative and positioning in the global market
  • Execute the advertising strategies (both ATL & BTL) and support creating campaigns, promotions and indoor & outdoor activities
  • Follow up consumer and PR activities to strengthen the competitive advantage of the brand
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns against brand and growth objectives
  • Plan and execute innovative ideas to promote the brand and achieve campaign metrics
  • Launch, manage and optimize the Social Media Campaigns, Google Adwords and other digital channels with various agencies
  • Manage agency relationships and align the overall communication strategy with key stakeholders in the global and at HQ in Turkey
  • Set, communicate, and maintain timelines, budget and priorities on every project Responsible for the P&L of the brand,
  • Coordinate long term brand strategies and planning
