We are looking for a “INTERNATIONAL REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (IZMIR)” for our client which is leading in Industrial Equipments.

  • University degree preferably Engineering
  • Min. 5 years of experience in the Industrial Equipment and 10 years of work experience.
  • Proven sales achievement / track record in Export sales
  • Wide knowledge in exportation, customs and shipping standards and processes
  • Excellent knowledge of English both in speaking & writing
  • Preferably SAP (MM & SD module) & CRM knowledge
  • Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills
  • Able to positively persuade, convince and impress others in order to achieve result
  • Result and customer oriented and high level of proactive behavior
  • Understanding and articulating basic business finance terms and the necessity for financial control
  • Having a class B driving license and being an active driver
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively worldwide
  • Military service must be completed for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Wins new customers with a systematic approach / get understanding and agreement on general terms and conditions
  • Presenting the products portfolio, creating offers
  • Oversees the sales budget
  • Effectively develop and expand a strong customer relationship at all relevant levels
  • Prepares market development/new solutions sales strategies, enhancing new market development initiatives
  • Taking part in sales conferences and fairs
  • Achieve yearly sales target
  • Provides intelligence regarding competition activities, sales and market shares
  • Prepares and following daily, monthly and annual plans align with the global and national strategies
  • Drives the organization with Distributors, Partners or  and OEM’s and reporting to the Sales Director
  • Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors
