We are currently looking for a “KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (GEBZE)” for our global client leading in Plastic Industry.  The Key Account Manager collaborates with all technical internal divisions within Turkey to guarantee optimal customer satisfaction.

  • University degree
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience Key Account or Key Supplier Management B2B environment. Experience in packaging industry is considered an advantage
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills and strong negotiation skills. Additional languages are considered an advantage
  • Strong key account management skills building relationships that are proven to grow business profitably and deliver an outstanding service Understanding of factors that influence manufacturing, cost and quality of operations
  • Experienced working in a matrixial and cross functional organisation, be a team player who builds relationships that move the business forward
  • Highly self-motivated and self-driven

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel
  • Generate new business opportunities with current international accounts
  • Acts as the key interface between customers and all relevant internal divisions in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations
  • Participates in tenders/RFQs and follow up actions (prices, offers, negotiations, project follow-ups etc.)
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs
