We are looking for a “KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (IZMIR)” for our client which is leading in automotive industry.

 

General Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or social science from reputable universities
  • Min. 5 years of  key account management experience in automotive sector
  • Excellent knowledge of English both in speaking & writing, German knowledge is an asset
  • Good team player with strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and perceptive skills
  • Customer management experience is strongly required

Job Description:

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, business development, customer service and other key internal departments
  • Achieve assigned strategic account objectives
  • Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams
  • Analyze industry data to understand competitive landscape across multiple categories and identify customer trends
  • Manage relationship with key stakeholders in global as customer point of contact on country level
  • Monitor overall continuous improvement-identifying opportunities for efficiency & profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories
