We are looking for a “Learning and Development Executive” for our multinational customer which is operating in automotive industry. This role will be based in Manisa.


  • Conducting regular EmployeeCareerDevelopment Reviews, identifying potential, development focus and target roles
  • Developing and maintaining career frameworks for each functions, defining career paths, providing career development tools
  • Identifies talent needs and gaps by defining and measuring strategic workforce planning initiatives
  • Developing Learning&Development solutions that will respond to strategical human growth
  • Compose and follow up the individual development plans of employees
  • Providing coaching and consulting on L&D matters to executive level,line managers, all employees
  • Determining performance improvement/ development objectives that can be supported through targeted learning and development initiatives, processes and supporting tools
  • Establish new initiatives that help drive our culture by creating programs, tools, and experiences that engage our team at all levels and encourage a positive, adaptive, and accountable culture
  • Convey the company culture and employee experience to retain and attract the best talent
  • Employee Relations: Work with all internal teams and build trust within the team to handle regular employee inquiries, sensitive matters while staying updated onlegislation, regulation, and standard practices


  • University degree in Business, Psychology or a related field
  • 8-10 years’ experience with learning and development, talent development, functional capability
  • Fluent verbal and written skills in English
  • Experience in current developments in adult learning, employee development, curriculum planning and development
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and facilitation skills
  • Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Have strong multi-tasking, analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
