We are looking for a “Marketing Manager” which is leading in powered Influencer/Digital Marketing platform engineered to bring back trust between marketers, content creators and their audience in Turkey and Global market. The position will be directly reporting to CMO.
- Drive and execute the community strategy as set out by the CMO
- Create and maintain tools (internal/external) to support the Influencer and B2B marketing strategies
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends to benchmark, understand, and create a best-in-class community and client base
- Continuously gather feedback to shape online community management practices and product ideation
- Create regular community reports helping the team understand the results of a strategy and/or specific program
- Use data to drive insights and translate these insights into growing and improving our influencer community and client base
- Set KPI's, monitor performance, and optimize community content & B2B client base to achieve our marketing goals
- Audit community participation through usage analytics/reporting and provide updates to leadership
- Provide ongoing facilitation to connect and guide community members in order to create a vibrant and engaging community
- Represent the voice of the community, bringing community feedback to the leadership team
- Working with global teams to ensure that ALL social media efforts are aligned with the companies best practice and are focussed on KPI achievements
- Working with CMO to implement PAID MEDIA strategies (and tracking their performance)
- Identifying and executing opportunities to help build up leads into our B2B sales funnel.
- Creating Case studies and other forms of communication to share our "wins" within the Turkish region
