JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensures daily production requirements in associated machines and provides necessary reporting
- Executes daily production activities with optimum usage of manpower and material resource
- Supports continuous improvement activities within the organization standards
- Improves production line performance on quality, productivity and efficiency
- Organizes an efficient communication environment between shifts and other cross functions and departments
- Reports, tracks and improves production related KPIs
- Ensures that occupational safety, food safety and environmental standards are implemented consistently
QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's degree in Food or Chemical Engineering from a reputable university,
- Preferably minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Preferably knowledgeable in the fields of aseptic production and filling technologies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong planning, analytical, follow-up and project management skills
- Effective communication skills with all levels of an organization
- Strong MS Office skills; especially PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Project
- No military obligation for male candidates
