We are looking for a “Quality Manager” for our multinational client which is one of the leading companies in bus/coach seats business in Europe.


  • University degree in engineering or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a quality management position at automotive sector or similar
  • At least 3 years of experience ISO 9001, ISO 9001 certified internal auditor is a plus      
  • Experience in using Quality tools: 8D, ISHIKAWA, AMFE and 5W
  • Fluent in English. (French and Spanish is a plus.)
  • Knowledge in productive processes: welding, painting, gravity die casting, plastic injection, folding
  • Knowledge in technical drawing interpretation
  • Experience with MS Office tools and applications
  • Pro-active person with analytical skills and problem solving


  • Ensure that all the production departments apply and respect the established control plan
  • Ensure that the records of the defined quality controls are completed according to the standards defined in the company
  • It is authorized by the quality director to stop processes or block products that didn't meet the defined quality level or endanger the people's safety
  • Open, follow up and close of internal non-conformities
  • Open, follow up and close of supplier non-conformities
  • Lead, follow up and answer customer non-conformities
  • Perform opening, monitoring and closing of supplier non-conformities
  • Define and ensure compliance with the control plan defined for the purchased components in the company
  • Creation, follow up and ensure compliance with product and workplace audit plans
  • Control validation of new serial projects, products and processes
  • Ensure reworks / verifications of non-conforming material are carried out following defined quality standards
  • Ensure technical support to production lines in terms of quality criteria or standards
  • Perform internal QMS audits based on ISO 9001
  • Create and maintain QA department KPIs
  • QA Personnel management to ensure and achieve the objectives defined by Quality Director
  • Attend / support meetings for the follow up / fulfilment of internal and customer objectives
  • Support tasks defined by the company management
