Tasks & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for driving the change that will nurture consumer centricity, drive value and growth in Consumer Experience Journey organization within the Region of Turkey /Russia/India.Expect exciting projects and versatile tasks, such as:

  • Support the full transition to CEJ Operating Model Process in subsidiaries; help implementation of new CJ roles & responsibilities as foundation of CEJM
  • Lead consumer-centric initiatives (e.g. CAB project) in the region; guide & support countries in CEJM work streams to set the ground for personalized CEJM
  • Build regional CEJ activity backlogs & roadmaps; orchestrate CEJ activities’ execution and deployment in the countries
  • With CEJ Data expert in your team; analyze the performance KPIs along the CEJ per purchase reason in the countries; guide on continuously optimize
  • Act as “CEJ Connector”; partner with global CEJ, regional and local country stakeholders actively driving change management, share and reapply

Qualifications

  • University degree in related departments
  • At least 5 years of experience with knowledge of consumer experience optimization across physical and online channels
  • Experience with managing consumer studies, data & analytics projects; high-impact projects in cross-functional & complex- matrix environments
  • Strong consumer-centric, innovation-driven, creative and agile mindset
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
