We are looking for a “SALES MANAGER” for our global client which is leading in industrial products. This position is based in İzmir or İstanbul.

 

  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree (engineering, social sciences or a related field)
  • Min. 10 years of experience on sales / business development
  • Excellent knowledge of English both in speaking & writing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
  • A self-motivated team player personality 
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively worldwide

 

  • Communicate with major clients on a regular basis and suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Prepare market development/new solutions sales strategies, enhancing new market development initiatives
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence  
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
