We are looking for a “TRADE MARKETİNG SENIOR SPECIALIST(DİLOVASI)” for our global client which is leading in Chemical Industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields from reputable universities etc, 
  • Masters degree is a plus 
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Trade Marketing and CRM 
  • Advance command of verbal and written English
  • Ability to travel 25% 
  • Understand and help implement the company values and objectives 
  • Team work oriented, self-motivated and open-minded
  • Strong analytical thinking, proactive and structured working approach 
  • Ensuring execution and delivery of agreed plans, using multiple areas of expertise available at site 
  • Attracting, leading, coaching, appraising and developing team member  


  • Lead annual trade marketing planning by deep diving previous year performance, demands coming from the market, identifying key growth opportunities and translating into local success model for execution 
  • Leverage all available B2B and B2C data to develop strategy and compelling, trade marketing stories to support multiple projects 
  • Planning the yearly signage and shelf based on the region needs, monitor and report the annual increased sales volume, 
  • Planning the overall POP materials and colour cards for each category and making sure that all are delivered on time and received by the customers and consumers 
  • Drive and manage the loyalty and gift programs, challenge the demand vs needs of the market 
  • Monthly analyzing and reporting of activities, make sure to turn the data into actions 
  • Clearly articulate category best practices and ensure timely transfer of knowledge to Sales 
  • Develop regional sell out activities that align to marketing activation calendar; to ensure learnings can be shared across the business 
  • Provide financial implications behind all ranging and promotional Responsible for trade/ instore activities event: concept, brief, sourcing, execution 
  • Coordinates the development and supply of marketing support material for all new products and programs
  • Lead recurring meetings with internal and external partners to guarantee open communication for seamless execution of marketing strategy. 
  • Follow and report competitive initiatives in field ( events, training concepts, merchandising, new products, campaigns Qualifications
