Müjde Özenen Cumbul started her professional career in 2003 as a psychological counselor. Cumbul, who worked as an HR Assistant and HR Specialist in various sectors, continued her career at Covidien Healthcare, one of the leading companies in the healthcare sector, where she worked for about 7 years and was promoted to the position of HR Manager. Afterwards, she managed both Human Resources and Advertising and Purchasing departments at ALB Securities as Assistant General Manager. She continued her career at Alvimedica as the CHRO, where she was responsible for the management of Human Resources processes around the world, from Canada to Asia Pacific. Between 2015-2017, she carried out projects and gave trainings, particularly in selection and placement, in various companies as a Human Resources Consultant.

Cumbul, who joined the Hugent family as Bursa Regional Director in May 2017, graduated from Istanbul University with a degree in Counseling Psychology. Additionally, she has participated in many trainings in the field of human resources and management throughout her career, both in Turkey and abroad. She is also a columnist in the field of human resources whose work is published in print and online.
