Description

We’re seeking for a Chief Financial Officer for a leading global production company which is operating in automotive industry. This role will manage the finance, accounting and controlling team of the 3 plants which are in Manisa. The role will report to the General Manager directly.

As the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial direction of the company and ensuring its financial health. The ideal candidate will bring a strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing financial functions in dynamic and growth-oriented organizations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar executive financial leadership role
  • Strong financial analysis, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • CPA, MBA, or equivalent qualification is preferred
  • English language skills must be advanced

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the General Manager and the Board regarding financial implications of strategic decisions
  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and reporting requirements
  • Lead the budgeting process and collaborate with department heads to establish financial goals and objectives
  • Monitor and analyze variances between actual and budgeted financial results
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasting models
  • Identify and assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them
  • Monitor market trends and economic indicators to anticipate potential challenges and opportunities
  • Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity, ensuring adequate funds for operations
  • Implement effective treasury and cash management practices
  • Oversee financial operations, including accounting, tax, and audit functions
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets
  • Evaluate and optimize the company's capital structure
  • Explore and secure financing options to support strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with the executive team to contribute financial expertise to strategic decision-making
