Requirements

• University degree preferably from Business Administration, Economics, Finance and/or related engineering departments
• Working in coordination with sales and operations team as a business partner role
• Big four audit & advisory background is a plus
• Business partner role experience is a plus
• “Hands-on” and strong appetite to work in a fast-paced environment. You live by the ‘can do’ mentality and aim to positively surprise your audience by going above and beyond the expected
• Advanced level of English
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
• SAP & Power BI knowledge is a plus

Job Description

• Working in coordination with sales and operations team as a business partner
• Reporting financial KPIs, project and P&L performance management reporting and analysis (profitability, net working capital, and cash flow) accurately and transparently, enabling effective decision-making for Project Managers and Functional Management
• Performing monthly and year-end closing processes thereby ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal reporting requirements
• Collaborating with internal departments to gather necessary information to resolve any discrepancies that may arise during the closing procedures
• Defining and monitoring relevant KPIs and comparing company’s performance against industry benchmarks
• Collecting and analyzing both financial and non-financial data to support management’s decision-making processes. Our data is coming from different sources & programs that require active data management. The output contains a wide variety of valuable signals.
• Preparing of the investment proposals and ROI analysis
• Assisting the accounting team in the preparation of audit deliverables
