Description
- Lead the technical and commercial development of assigned industry segments, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve volume and unit margin targets.
- Prepare timely and accurate quotations based on customer requirements.
- Proactively offer value-added alternatives and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and competitive advantage.
- Analyze feedback from clients and prospects on submitted bids and tenders.
- Continuously improve processes and offerings based on client feedback and market trends.
- Conduct plant visits to identify technical challenges and inefficiencies.
- Provide technical support and solutions to optimize customer operations.
- Manage existing customer relations and actively seek new prospects to expand sales volume.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and gather intelligence to inform product price positioning.
- Collaborate closely with the technical department to assess the latest product trends and support product launch and phase-out decisions.
- Follow up on payments to ensure timely collection and financial health of the segment.
- Follow budget and financial performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with information security policies and procedures.
- Report all information security events promptly and accurately.
- Perform daily business activities in compliance with ISO Quality System standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001).
- Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team.
- Work collaboratively with marketing, technical services, and sales support teams to build synergies and drive integrated sales efforts.
- Ensure alignment and coordination across all functions to support sales objectives.
