QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field
• Career start at big four auditor company, at least 3 years
• At least 5 years, of which at least 2 serving as Finance Controlling Manager or Financial Controller for the subsidiary of a foreign company consolidating monthly or quarterly its accounts according to IFRS standards
• Cost controling for at least 3 years of a manufacturing area.
• Having implemented and managed an ERP in an industrial environment ideally INFOR LN, or SAP or MS Dynamics or Netsuite
• Used to report at board level to a foreign company in Europe or the US
• Fluent English
• Organised and rigorous
• Logical and analytical thinker
• Clear and concise communicator
• Perfectionist taking care of details when necessary

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Budgeting, pricing, cost and profit planning, which encompassed all major cost items such as production,logistics, sales, marketing and other administrative expenses
• Monthly P&L reporting and analyzing headcount budget vs actual deviations project by projects
• Preparing Budget vs Actual , Ebitda bridge , Contribution margin and break even point analysis
• Preparing Improvement plan reports for seat production
• Analysing cost reduction measures in order to increase the efficiency of the business.Calculating benefits for Kaizens
• Monitoring stock amount regulary and analyzing based on ABC analysis to keep the stocks under control
• Plant KPI reports and analyzing scrap reports regularly
• Feasibility studies for in-house production (Make/Buy Feasibility)
• Preparing and reporting the cash flow projections, executed the negotiations with banks and coordination of transactions
• Responsibility for payables and receivables
• Coordinating audit processes
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Cash management (balance cash in- cash out, establish stronger banking relationships, get investment and export financing), cost control data accuracy (project results, stocks follow-up)
