Following her undergraduate education, she completed her master’s and doctoral education in the same department at Ege University, Faculty of Communication, Department of Journalism. Following her academic career, she took a break from her professional career for a while and started as a Researcher in Hugent İzmir office in 2021. Açelya, who takes part in our collective recruitment projects, continues to work as a consultant as of 2023. Hiking, reading books, personal development are among her interests. She is married and has one child.
