Özkan aimed to pursue a career in Human Resources in the long-term and has directed her education to this field. She completed long-term internships in the human resources departments of various corporations.

She started her professional career in 2009 in Sales & Marketing. In 2011, she started working in the Human Resources department at Hugent Consulting as a researcher.

She has mainly provided selection and placement service support to corporations. She has been working as a consultant since 2012 and is mainly involved in projects relating to the IT sector.

She also carries out projects related to technical roles in informatics, gaming, telecommunications, e-commerce, and automotive sectors.

She graduated from Istanbul Aydin University in 2008 with a degree in Human Resources Management. She played volleyball for many years, received professional dance training, and has participated in various dance performances.
