Evrim Çağrı Özkan aimed to pursue a career in Human Resources in the long-term and has directed her education to this field. She completed long-term internships in the human resources departments of various corporations.

She started her professional career in 2009 in Sales & Marketing. In 2011, she transitioned to the Human Resources field, where she had planned to build her career, and joined Hugent Consulting as a Researcher. In this role, she provided search and selection services to corporate clients. From 2012 to 2023, she worked as a Consultant, focusing primarily on projects in the IT sector. During this time, she played a key role in technical positions across industries such as IT, gaming, telecommunications, e-commerce, and automotive. Since January 2024, Evrim Çağrı Özkan has been continuing her career at Hugent Consulting as a Recruitment Manager, overseeing mid- and senior-level recruitment across all sectors. She graduated from Istanbul Aydin University in 2008 with a degree in Human Resources Management. She played volleyball for many years, received professional dance training, and has participated in various dance performances.
