Ergüney started her professional career in 2004 in the Sales & Marketing departments of various sectors. She combines her experiences in this field with the Selection & Placement process under the umbrella of Adecco Turkey.

She has led projects relating to competency-based recruitment processes for different sectors at the middle and senior level, as well as human resources projects for field staff in sales & marketing. She has continued her career in charge of operations as an HR Generalist at Sephora Turkey, which serves in the retail sector. Since 2013, she has been working as the “Istanbul Regional Director” at Hugent Consulting and is in charge of Business Development and Selection & Placement processes.

She manages projects related to middle and senior roles in Finance, Human Resources, and most importantly Sales & Marketing. Ergüney, who graduated from the Department of Communications (English) as valedictorian from Yeditepe University, has received various coaching and specialization trainings abroad relating to the field of Human Resources.

She was a registered volleyball player in Kocaelispor for many years and is currently professionally involved with astrology.
