Özlem Veryeri Taşkaya started her professional career in 1997 at the Hilton Hotel in sales, customer, and organizational management.

After working for 9 years at Hilton where she was promoted to department manager, she transferred to Human Resources in 2006 as Adecco İzmir Branch Manager.

After carrying out successful recruitment projects in sales and customer management in the Aegean Region, Taşkaya was transferred to Istanbul in 2008 where she was appointed as Adecco Maslak Branch Manager.

From 2010 onwards, she managed both Maslak & Levent branches while providing support to international companies regarding their recruitment, payroll, and periodic employee recruitment processes.

By conducting “CV Preparation” and “Interview” trainings at universities, she made significant contributions to helping new graduates step into professional life.

She continues to serve as General Manager at Hugent, where she joined in 2013. Taşkaya graduated from the Department of Tourism and Hotel Management at Akdeniz University and completed her studies at Chichester College of Arts and MLS College Bournemouth in England. Throughout her career, she has received training in national and international team management, sales, budget management, and coaching. Taşkaya, who is married and has one child, enjoys amateur fishing, swimming, and reading books.
