Description

We're looking for an "Aftermarket Sales Manager" for our leading automotive manufacturer client's aftermarket organization. This role will be based in Manisa.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Degree from a Engineering or science degree profile High-tech/complex service experience (high-end devices/instruments)
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in a spare parts sales function in automotive industry
  • Fluency in English
  • Customer focus, innovative, drive value and sustainable growth to customer
  • Experience managing defined processes within the service environment
  • A proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • Knowledge of principles and practices in customer service

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To maintain a customers' data with visiting dates, planning arrangements agreed on after sales service of customers, relevant figures, service sales turn-over, service sales opportunity, quotation update status etc
  • To ensure the development of the service by conducting customer-oriented studies
  • To prepare weekly plan and schedule of his/her service sales team, lead inline with plans, ensure its development and motivation
  • To carry out maintenance activities within the specified area but also to be prepared and available to travel elsewhere as the needs of the business dictates
  • To perform remote support activities across the regions as the needs arise
  • To find new customers with service potential and improve relationship with high level contacts
  • To give advice to customers on spare parts, kits components, repair & maintenance, preventive maintenance, system solution, application, products (operation, feature and specification), technical issues, etc
  • Preparing the proposal and contract, including the calculation of the sales price. Follow up and realize service sales
  • To support the customer in determining their needs, increase service sales potential and ensure customer satisfaction
  • To communicate with existing and potential customers, inform them about the correct service product to confirm with the relevant technical personnel by mutually agreeing with relevant technical staff of customer. Support customer and realize the sales
