We’re seeking for a Chief Financial Officer for a leading global production company which is operating in automotive industry. This role will manage the finance, accounting and controlling team of the 3 plants which are in Manisa. The role will report to the General Manager directly.
As the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial direction of the company and ensuring its financial health. The ideal candidate will bring a strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing financial functions in dynamic and growth-oriented organizations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar executive financial leadership role
- Strong financial analysis, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- CPA, MBA, or equivalent qualification is preferred
- English language skills must be advanced
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives
- Provide insights and recommendations to the General Manager and the Board regarding financial implications of strategic decisions
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and reporting requirements
- Lead the budgeting process and collaborate with department heads to establish financial goals and objectives
- Monitor and analyze variances between actual and budgeted financial results

- Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity, ensuring adequate funds for operations
- Implement effective treasury and cash management practices
- Oversee financial operations, including accounting, tax, and audit functions
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Evaluate and optimize the company's capital structure
- Explore and secure financing options to support strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with the executive team to contribute financial expertise to strategic decision-making
