Description

We're looking for "Customer Service Specialist" for our global automotive customer's aftermarket organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service management roles
  • Strong knowledge of SAP
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with a positive attitude
  • Strong time/task, organizational skills
  • A very good command of written and spoken English
  • Ability to work in a challenging working environment

Job Description:

  • Being responsible for all customer service tasks and sales operations. Working closely with sales, pricing, and logistic departments regarding all customer-related issues
  • Being responsible for processing orders, returns and requests in SAP correctly and issuing related confirmation to customers
  • Follow up free trade zone shipments and customs operations for domestic customers
  • Planning of delivery creation to warehouse and following up the process and setting customer service completion in SAP
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency and taking active role of the customer service process improvements
  • Preparing monthly and daily sales and outbound delivery reports
  • Follow up and get supportive actions to reach customer service KPI targets
