QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• University (BA,Engineering) graduate
• Sound knowledge of English ( French is a + )
• Minimum 8 years experience in a similar management position
• Good knowledge of Sales techniques, products and market experience, management skills 5- Driving license, usage of software packages

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Management of sales organization
• Customer visit plans, marketing activities for developing channels
• Monitoring Competitor activities
• Preparation of monthly and annual sales budget
• Implementation of general company sales strategy for a specific sales channel
• Support to Indirect Sales Manager on marketing and sales plans and additionally activity management
• Behaving accordingly to HSE and Compliancy rules of the company
• SALSA Utilization : Reinforce the team for visits reporting and SALSA KPI's follow up
• Follow up of Distributors network investment projects and penetration
• Participation to project groups
• Ensure utilization of Marketing Platforms like. Ustaya Özel, POS Dashboard, Navision PRI
• Collection of necessary guaranties not only for customers with investment but also for commercial account
• Risk management, collection of money, BLG, limits follow up
• Performing daily business in compliance with ISO Quality System approaches. (IATF16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Iso 27001)
• Participate Information Security meetings and take corrective precautions if required
