Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in faculty of Economics, Econometrics, Finance or relevant fields
• Minimum 12 years experience in finance area, (min. 5 years management experience)
• IFRS knowledge,advanced level
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs and SAP
• Analytical thinking ability
• High leadership capabilities
• Good command of both written and spoken English

Main Accountabilities

• Manages the operations of all financial transactions of the company,
• Ensures that all financial, tax and other related legal obligations are carried out by taking responsibility.
• Monthly and annual reporting to Germany headquarters according to IFRS
• Prepares annual budget and year-end evaluation reports
• Prepares quarterly review reports
• Creates a budget according to payment-collection balances,
• Checks the monthly and annual accounts of the company, and guides other departments about its financial status.
• In charge of all the finance tasks; statutory accounts; reporting, tax, cost accounting, incentives, risk management and treasury,
• Develop, propose, implement and maintain financial controls and guidelines,
• Review and control the operating costs of all business lines and aspects, proposes solutions for optimization,
• Leading preparation of budgets and periodic forecasts along with any required ad-hoc analysis,
• Managing month-end and year-end close process, ensuring on time and accurate reporting to local authorities, clients, HQ’s,
• Manage relations with the local & international banks, financial institutions, Control company’s finance liquidity and cash management,
• Manage the overall performance and engagement of team,
• Leading the development and implementation of financial strategies, including general accounting, cost accounting, finance, budgeting and reporting functions, analyzing the present financial status and ensuring that actions and initiatives undertook lead to improved financial management systems and processes,
• Develop and implement strategies to improve cost effectiveness across the company,
• Ensure that budget processes are managed and budget performance is regularly monitored,
• Managing and consolidating balance sheet, income statement, finance, treasury, budget, accounting and reporting processes,
• Preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports to the Board,
• Analyzing financial data and making strategic recommendations about the company's financial position,
• Managing internal and external audit processes and ensuring compliance,
• Managing financial resources effectively and meeting the company's financing needs,
• Ensure the development and implementation of tax strategies,
• Directly reporting to General Manager,
• Contribute to development and execution of the company's financial strategy, including, budgeting, forecasting and cost control,
• Ensure alignment of financial transactions, policies and procedures with the organization's short and long-term business objectives and compliance with regulations, accounting principles and other relevant standards
• To identify the interest and exchange rate risks arising as a result of operational processes, to search for suitable hedging alternatives,
• Managing the relations between banks, financial institutions and other relevant official parties.
• Optimize cash flow management, including working capital and liquidity.
• To constantly and closely monitor the legal regulations related to financial matters and their changes, to notify the senior management about the changes that need to be made in the practices for compliance, and to implement/enforce the approved changes,
• Managing financial planning, monthly closing, analysis and MIS reporting processes to provide valuable insights to the management team,
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering excellence and accountability,
• Develop financial models, investment analysis and scenario planning,
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
