QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field; master’s degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role, in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; German will be an asset too
• Excellent leadership skills with an ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals
• Experience in managing complex employee relations situations
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written) along with strong presentation abilities
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws/regulations, and trends
• Directly reporting to Human Resources Deputy General Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Leading a team of HR professionals and providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship
• Developing and ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, programs, and initiatives in line with company values and legal requirements
• Developing strategies to increase employee engagement and retention and ensuring compliance with corporate culture, execution of employer branding projectsIdentifying talent identification and retention tools/principles
• Working on staff retention strategies and executing projects to increase employee retention.
• Carrying out end-to-end recruitment activities at all levels
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws/regulations by keeping up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation changes
• Handling employee inquiries related to HR policies/procedures or resolving any employee relation issues
• Analyzing data/metrics related to turnover rates, engagement levels, training needs assessments, and other key HR metrics to identify trends/patterns for improvement
• Fostering diversity, inclusion, transparent communication, and cooperation within the organization
• Following up on daily and annual HR tasks
• Leading candidate experience development projects
• Actively contribute to process development and improvement projects
