Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Having a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or other related fields
- Min 10 years of HR experience preferably in an international company with Employee Experience & Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits and HR Business Partnering roles
- Knowledge of labor law and industry collective agreements. Dealing with unions
- Understanding of Reward, Recruitment, C&B and other Core HR processes
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English. French is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills
- Team player and relationships builder
- Result oriented, good analytical approach and ability to take ownership of duties
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Be a real HR business partner to management on human resources-related issues and drive HR initiatives
- Lead HR Operations and participate in development and implementation of HR policies & procedures: contracting, employee administration, labor laws
- Actively participating on new projects and developments related with Compensation & Benefits Implement C&B programs, policies and procedures in order to drive for employee engagement and continuous growth
- Actively participating on new projects and developments related with HR development programs (Talent development programs, people review, assessment, training plans…). From hiring to exit process in order to drive for employee engagement and continuous growth
- Taking an active role in Talent Acquisition; Recruitment, Onboarding, Employer branding
- Reporting to the Headquarter & to the Managing Director
