Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or social fields, HR management or related field, Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
  • Preferably proficiency in SAP and Workday programs
  • Good command of MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal as well as strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
  • Passion to work in a team environment under changing & challenging working conditions
  • Analytical minded, result oriented and possess strong counseling and conflict resolution skills

Responsibilities

  • Participate in all Compensation & Benefits (C&B) processes, including salary reviews, variable pay structures, job evaluations, and market benchmarking
  • Analyze and optimize the company’s C&B structure to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Oversee personnel budgeting, workforce cost planning, and financial alignment
  • Prepare and manage budgeting and reporting for compensation, benefits, and incentive
  • Conduct analyses and simulations to support salary reviews, promotions, and job adjustments
  • In addition to compensation and benefits processes, assist with all HR processes such as recognition and reward, talent acquisition, employee participation, internal communication, industrial relations processes, orientation, development processes and training
  • Responsible of HR projects to aid the growing organization and working closely with HRBP team and department managers on resource planning & employee developmen
  • Carry out learning and development process
