Description

The HR manager assumes responsibility for the excellent provision of the entire range of HR services and the establishment of HR as a strategic business partner in the company.

He/she supports and advises the management in all personnel-related issues and is responsible for the development of strategies for the optimization and implementation of HR processes and tools. Furthermore, the digitization of the department is actively promoted.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Economics, law or a comparable university degree, ideally with a focus on human resources management or commercial training with appropriate further training
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in operational HR work
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Well-founded knowledge of labor and works constitution law, as well as experience in negotiations with works councils
  • Proven ability to advise in complex situations
  • Willingness to go on a Duty Travel
  • Business fluent knowledge of German, English and Turkish
  • Leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Leadership

  • Management of the HR team according to the Lufthansa management principles
  • Develop team members
  • Holding regular and constructive feedback sessions with team members

Recruitment & Candidate Experience

  • Lead the recruitment team and help build a valuable candidate experience in line with employer branding
  • Responsible for local recruitment both internally and externally
  • Further development of suitable selection procedures through the use of various diagnostic methods
  • Organizing and conducting recruitment and selection activities in line with established global HR standards.
  • Leading HR marketing initiatives in close cooperation with the Global HR and Communication team and measuring the success of the initiatives

People Management

  • Support employees in all personnel matters and act as a "person of trust".
  • Identify and implement initiatives to assess employee engagement, manage communications and develop the necessary action plans.
  • Developing local and supporting global people development initiatives
  • Supporting the management team on disciplinary issues
  • Living the values and culture of LH InTouch is also an important aspect of the job

HR Consultancy

  • Offer competent advice on current and emerging HR trends and be the first point of contact for the management team
  • Advice on employee relations issues, practices and changing legal requirements
  • Act as part of the Global HR Team - Participate in Global HR conference calls, meetings and support global projects and initiatives
  • Reporting and analysis of relevant HR key figures and development of suggestions for improvement if required

Human resource management

  • Development and maintenance of systems to ensure HR issues including contractual relationships, changes/variations and terms of employment are properly managed
  • Ensuring a timely and accurate payroll process
  • Accurately and timely conduct global HR reporting and provide high quality reports and recommendations to resolve local HR issues
  • Prepare, review and revise HR-related policies and procedures to ensure they are accurate, up-to-date and in line with established global HR processes

Labor law issues

  • Identifies legal and regulatory requirements affecting HR operations and ensures policies, procedures and reports are followed.
  • Administers, formulates and standardizes labor law processes
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable work requirements for managers through regular training
  • Supporting the site manager in negotiations with unions
  • Constructive cooperation with the works council and co-determination bodies
  • Processing of labor law tasks
