QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Bachelor's degree in related area
• Experience in a production-related company and working with both white-collar and blue-collar teams
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both verbal and written English
• Profound knowledge in SAP HR is an asset
• Self-driven with strong communication skills and flexibility
• Must demonstrate strong ethics and interpersonal skills
• Analytical-minded, people-oriented, and highly motivated
• Active in intercity drive
• No travel restrictions, both domestically and abroad
• Must reside in Bolu

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Report to the Human Resources Director in Turkey
• Understand the business drivers, strategies, and functions, and build strong individual and organizational relationship by interacting with all organizational levels
• Act as the “point of contact” for all HR processes and provide guidance/coaching to employees at Bolu site
• End-to-end process management of organizational development
• Execute the recruitment process and follow up on the onboarding process
• Conduct and take active part in talent development and performance management
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment
