We are looking for a “Plant Financial Controller” for our client which is one of the leading companies in automotive industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field,
• Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive production industry’s financial management,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Good at SAP and MS Office applications,
• Has a strong business sense,
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Controlling and Reporting :

• Monitoring, analysing and reporting of profitability, margin, production costs and performance,
• Capex budgeting and follow-up,
• Follow up of material purchase and stock inventory,
• Monthly financial reporting according to the company standards,
• Monitoring and analysing of budget vs forecast,
• Annual budget management and reporting.

Accounting and Treasury:

• Daily follow up of cash flow,
• Managing all accounting and tax related issues,
• Manage the relationships with banks,
• Follow up of the collection of Account receivables,
• Follow up of the payment of Account payables.

Administration and Legal :

• Manage and coach the team,
• Manage the relationsphip with internal and external auditors,
• Manage relations with local authorities,
• Manage legal matters with legal department
