We are looking for ‘Quality Manager’ for global customer’s facility in Izmir AOSB. This role will report to operations director directly.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable universities,
- Minimum 10 years work experience in manufacturing companies (minimum 3 years of experience in the quality management),
- Good command of English both written & spoken,
- Good communication, team management and leadership skills,
- Good problem-solving and planning skills,
- Ability to establish short term priorities and long-term goals based on the needs of the customers,
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office programs and ERP applications.
- Responsible for ensuring Quality System is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with customer and corporate needs,
- Responsible for implementation of the quality systems and policies,
- To ensure the continuous improvement of the process, product and quality system,
- To manage customer complaints, provide responses, and determine corrective and preventative actions,
- To supervise various phases of inspection, testing, and quality assurance procedures,
- To analyze problems related to delays, quality, rejects, and inadequate control,
- To write or revise policy and procedures relative to Quality Assurance programs
