Description
QUALIFICATIONS
- Turkish national
- Fluent English (Italian is a plus)
- University degree from a reputable university
- Successful previous experience as a sales manager or general manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Be innovative with good organizing & problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to compile, analyze and present data and respond flexibly and decisively
- Experience in a commercial role within the power transmission industry, electrical motors and related field
- Experience in international business and market expansion is desirable
- Previous experience in Green field development of a company and of its sales is considered a plus
REQUIREMENTS
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence with the overall vision and goals of company
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the HQ management team
- Oversee main operational functions like sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain
- Manage the subsidiary's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Implement measures to improve profitability, cost control, and cash flow management
- Build and lead a high-performing team by providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to employees at all levels
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and corporate policies
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the company's operations or reputation
