Description

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Turkish national
  • Fluent English (Italian is a plus)
  • University degree from a reputable university
  • Successful previous experience as a sales manager or general manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Be innovative with good organizing & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to compile, analyze and present data and respond flexibly and decisively
  • Experience in a commercial role within the power transmission industry, electrical motors and related field
  • Experience in international business and market expansion is desirable
  • Previous experience in Green field development of a company and of its sales is considered a plus

REQUIREMENTS

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence with the overall vision and goals of company
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the HQ management team
  • Oversee main operational functions like sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain
  • Manage the subsidiary's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Implement measures to improve profitability, cost control, and cash flow management
  • Build and lead a high-performing team by providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to employees at all levels
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and corporate policies
  • Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the company's operations or reputation
