Description

Qualifications:

  • University degree (Business Management, Marketing or Economics are preferable);
  • 10+ years of experience in brand management, marketing management
  • Successful experience in communication and product development within Retail sector;
  • High level of self-organization, independence and proactiveness
  • Handling complexity, problem solving,
  • Excellent project management, communication, presentation skills;
  • Highly developed proactive cooperation abilities, result focus;
  • Advanced English.
  • Understanding of demand forecast process;
  • Мethods and channels of the product advertising;
  • Agility, ability to adapt to changing environment.
  • Possess and convey a senior level presence, confidence and understanding of the business.
  • Strong communication and project management skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strategic, curious, enterprise and ambitious mindset
  • Ability to understand + synthesize data, insights, marketing metrics
  • Ability to lead, manage, and influence the team and x-functional partners
  • Demonstrated creative thinking and resilience as well as strong communication /negotiation skills to manage client demands.

Responsbilities:

  • Coordinates the advertising strategies (both Above the Line and Below the Line) and creates campaigns, promotions and indoor & outdoor activities to increase the market share.
  • Executes 360degree communication (ATL / BTL / Digital & Social Media)
  • Works closely with countries to gather learnings and provide best practices for other countries.
  • Monitors brand performances and recommended specific initiatives.
  • Able to work with financials as well as carry out budgeting, financial analysis & reporting.
  • Prepares the marketing plan, annual budget and communication/media plan for the brand.
  • Manages and organizes product launches.
  • Conceptualizes strategic initiatives and implement details of a campaign.
  • Tracks consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution and by conducting consumer research.
  • Flexibility to travel in order to track flow of business and take required actions in local site.
  • Collaborate effectively with external & internal stakeholders to achieve business targets (advertising agencies, cross-functional team);
  • Communication strategy development and creation of communication assets, information materials, product presentations for different internal and external partners.
  • Category, Brands P&L and marketing budget effective management
  • Deep understanding of consumer needs & insights, initiating recommendations with regards to improve market brand positions, that is portfolio, price positioning, advertising and promo activities, etc.
